Personal training: a tailor-made program

During personal training, you receive one-on-one coaching with the close attention of a coach, who motivates you and pays close attention to the execution of your exercises. The coach creates a tailor-made program adapted to your personal goals, desires, and dislikes. This way personal training can help you speed up your progress in achieving your body and fitness goals. Our Queer Personal Trainer program is specifically designed for queer and trans people. We provide a safe and supportive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of body type, gender identity or expression. Our friendly and understanding trainers understand your journey and can work with you on a personalized program to motivate you to achieve your goals.

Personalised Group Training

Do you want to challenge yourself beyond our general schedule, but not want to do 1-on-1 personal training? Then Personalised Group Training (PGT) might be your thing. PGT is a twelve-week training program tailored to your personal goals, taking place within a group of maximum three participants. After an intake and a physical test to get acquainted, Ofri formulates a training program adapted to your individual ambitions and capacities. With PGT also comes nutritional advice to adapt your diet to your fitness goals. Personalised Group Training is ideal to speed up your feminization or masculinization, fuel your stamina and/or gain muscle. Maybe you even want to sign up together with a friend!
