Vinyasa Yoga

Yoga is originally a number of age-old physical, mental and spiritual disciplines from India. At We Are Queer we approach yoga as a flowing series of movements on a mat with a focus on syncing motions with breath. In vinyasa yoga active sequences are central, balanced out with more passive stretches. This way you strengthen the connection between mind and body, while enhancing strength and flexibility. Our coach demonstrates the exercises and offers adjustments for different levels of agility.

Yin Yoga

Yoga is originally a number of age-old physical, mental and spiritual disciplines from India. At We Are Queer we approach yoga as a flowing series of movements on a mat with a focus on syncing motion with breath. In Yin Yoga we focus on maintaining passive stretches for a longer period of time. We use gravity to soften the connective tissues around our joints. Our coach demonstrates the exercises and offers adjustments for different levels of agility. After yin yoga, you’ll feel more relaxed, grounded, and supple.

Experience an inclusive environment where you can practice yoga in a queer way. Join like-minded individuals and discover the healing power of yoga.
